About the Role:
Join PACIFIC HEALTH SERVICES INC as a Pediatric Home Health LVN, where you will provide compassionate care to children in the comfort of their homes. This role is perfect for dedicated individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families.
NOC Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
- Provide education and support to families regarding patient care.
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
- Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
- Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
